Do you service all computer brands?
We service standalone Dell computer systems and other computer brands running Microsoft Windows operating systems including but not limited to HP, Acer, and Toshiba.
Do you offer your services on an as-needed basis without a contract?
Yes, we offer remote support services on an as-need basis to small companies that don’t have a dedicated IT manager or department.
I have employees working from home and struggling with their home technology, can you help with that?
Yes, we can assist your remote employees with their home office technology issues. However, due to the level of security we set-up and provide businesses, we do not offer support for the personal portion of the home networks.
Is all of your work done remotely?
Most of our work is done remotely, but we do onsite work in our local area when remote services are not an option. Internet connections are required to receive remote services.
Are IT remote services secure?
Yes, we use secure remote software to access your computer.
Do you only service Windows 10 computers?
We offer support for Windows 8.1, 10 & 11 Operating Systems.
What brand of computers do you refurbish?
We refurbish Dell desktop and laptop computers.
Do you offer your services outside the U.S.?
No. We currently offer service to the lower 48 states including the District of Columbia.
Do you offer off-site computer setup?
Yes, we offer off-site Dell computer services for companies that don’t have an in-house IT Department.
What is vendor management?
Vendor management is an add-on service we offer to clients who hire us to evaluate, recommend and purchase the right equipment for their company. It includes, hardware/software purchases, registering products with the manufacturer, handling warranty issues and support with any returns or replacement for defective product is applicable.
